By installing Traffic Hurricane's free  version, I am stating that I legally authorized TrafficHurricane.com and any of its agents acting as resellers the un-revocable right to act on my behalf for the purposes of placing banner ads, popup ads, or Google AdSense display ads on any and all pages I create with Traffic Hurricane.

If at any time I wish to no longer display the secondary ads placed on the pages I have created with Traffic Hurricane, I understand that I have the option to upgrade to either a Pro or JV Resellers version of Traffic Hurricane in order to create pages in the future with my own secondary ads.

I also agree that under no circumstances will I ever use any version of Traffic Hurricane to promote any excessive profanity , hate, violence, racial or religious intolerance, advocate against any individual, group or organization  or promote hacking/cracking content , illicit drugs or drug paraphernalia especially psychiatric drugs of any kind, pornography, adult or mature content , gambling or casino-related content.

The owners of Traffic Hurricane have the right to discontinue service of any of it's associates including free, PRO and JV Reseller members and users who are in violation of any of these points.

And that all Traffic Hurricane pages, including sales pages and any pages that are the property of Traffic Hurricane will not be changed or perverted in any way without the expressed written authorization of one of Traffic Hurricanes legal owners.
